REFUNDS POLICY

We do not offer refunds on change of mind, exchange and wrong sizing. PLEASE CHOOSE CAREFULLY as each item is fragile and customised to be of great quality. We do not accept refunds due to hygiene reasons. Refunds are only accepted for faulty/damaged items.

Cancellations are only accepted within 48 hours.

FAULTY/DAMAGED ITEMS

Please inspect all items received within 24 hours for any faults or damages. We inspect our products before shipping to our clients ensuring all products are fit to description. Please send all enquiries to info@bridalfavours.com.au with your order number in subject line and any images/description of faulty item. Once email is received, an email will be sent for approval on decision of the refund. The refund will then be automatically applied to original method of payment within 14 business days.

The consumer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item. Only the item is refunded, not the shipping amount, as this is the responsibility of the consumer.
